10 Easy Steps Towards A New Beginning
We want to make sure we are servicing our clients the best way possible by tackling problems, situations, or even questions BEFORE they come up. Communication is key so we are fully transparent and have a step-by-step home remodeling process.
Step 1 – FILL OUT FORM
Get in touch with us by filling out the form to give us some detail about your dream space. We ask you to be as informative as you can be and include pictures if possible.
Step 2 – FOLLOW UP CALL
Our professionals will get back to you in no time, with in-depth questions about your form, and the next steps we can take to turn it into reality.
Step 3 – IN-DEPTH CONSULTATION VISIT
Once we move forward we will be able to do an in-person consultation. This includes an inspection of the job site with a licensed contractor, our designers, and architects if needed.
Step 4 – CONTRACT
After the in-person consultation takes place we will mock up a proposal to get started and go over the budget, design, and timeline. We go over the contract together and make sure we are both comfortable moving forward.
Step 5 – DESIGN + PERMITS
While a part of our team is working on getting specific measurements another is creating a vision board and trying to turn yours into reality. Once the colors and design vision is selected you will be presented with a few options.
Step 6 – OBTAINMENT
Order placement begins as each item arrives they are fully inspected. An item tracker is provided to clients so they can check on the status of each shipment.
Step 7 – Protect
Before starting any construction work we prep and set up the necessary equipment to make sure your home is protected.
Step 8 – CONSTRUCTION + INSTALLATION
We start to work our magic! Creating a space that was only a vision a few weeks before, from the kitchen to the backyard and even an Additional Dwelling Unit. We work tediously to make sure we check off everything on your list!
Step 9 – STRAIGHTEN OUT
After we finish installing our team cleans the project thoroughly. Leaving a picture perfect new addition to your home.
Step 10 – FINAL WALKTHROUGH
We have a final walkthrough with you and go over a list to resolve any shortfall. Once resolved we will present the final invoices and have a celebration!
